Spencer Preservation typically works as a private contractor, at times in partnership with design or development teams, or other consultants.
Over the past 20 years, Spencer has assisted in more than one hundred and fifty historic rehabilitation projects in Kansas and surrounding states, listed over sixty buildings and districts on state and/or national historic registers, and worked with over twenty communities to enhance their historic business districts and neighborhoods.
